The Micra Challenge 2023 is promoted and organised by Ballynahinch & District Motor Club Ltd. The main aim for the Micra Challenge 2023 is to provide low-cost competition for competitors (drivers and co-drivers) of Micra K11 rally cars (see Appendix A: Technical Eligibility Regulations). The rallies selected for inclusion in the Challenge will test competitors on single venue race circuits, tar events on public roads and forest-based gravel roads. The Challenge Coordinator shall be Gavin Campbell. In the case of any dispute relating to the Challenge it will be referred to the following panel of three Challenge Stewards appointed by BADMC: David Meeke, Ray Linton, Lewis Boyd. The first named is the Chairman of the Stewards and in the event of non-availability of any of the Stewards BADMC shall appoint a replacement. The Challenge will be run in compliance with the International Sporting Code (and its appendices), the General Prescriptions Applicable to all FIA Challenge Rallies, the provisions of the National Sporting Regulations, which comply with the FIA Regulations and these Challenge Regulations (including the accompanying Technical Eligibility Regulations). The Challenge shall run under Motorsport UK registration (registration applied for). The Challenge is open to those who hold a suitable Competition Licence issued by Motorsport UK or Motorsport Ireland and who are fully elected members of any Motor Club which is affiliated to one of the following: 1. Association of N.I. Car Clubs 2. Scottish Association of Motor Sports Clubs 3. Association of North East & Cumbria Car Clubs 4.
